She and her husband have made their home in Elm Park, where they are proud to raise their daughter, Anika — an energetic, curious, and kind eight-year-old who brings joy to every day. Known since her school days as a natural “social butterfly,” Amber’s love of connecting with people continues to be one of her greatest strengths in real estate.

Amber is also deeply committed to environmental responsibility. Throughout her career, she has supported sustainable practices, energy-saving initiatives, and carbon offset programs through The Gold Standard — believing that positive change starts with everyday choices.

With more than 20 years of yoga practice and a passion for cycling — including training for Habitat for Humanity’s “Ride Around the Lake” — Amber understands the power of consistency, discipline, and long-term commitment. Erika Fish is a friendly, knowledgeable, and highly detail-oriented real estate professional who brings both professionalism and approachability to every client interaction.

Erika joined the Amber van den Broek team in 2018 while completing her Psychology degree at the University of Manitoba. Inspired by Amber’s leadership and entrepreneurial success, she pursued real estate and became a licensed REALTOR® after gaining hands-on experience supporting the team.

Her strong attention to detail, diligence, and deep familiarity with Manitoba’s real estate market have contributed to a successful and fulfilling start to her career. As part of the Amber van den Broek & Associates team, Erika helped earn Gold Medallion status from 2020 through 2023 — placing the team among the top 1% in Manitoba.

Outside of real estate, Kristy and her husband are busy renovating their character home in Elm Park, creating a warm and welcoming space for their family — including their two daughters, two cats, and their dog.
